PHASE 2 - DEFINITION OF PROBLEMS


1.What's the problem and why need to overcome the problem?

Our research survey in this regard that in several automobile garages, revealed the facts that mostly some difficult methods were adopted in lifting the vehicles for reconditioning, repair and maintenance. This fabricated model has mainly concentrated on this difficulty, and hence a suitable device has been designed, such that the vehicle and heavy objects can be lifted from floor land without the application of impact force.
In most of the garages the vehicles are lifted by using screw jack. 

  • This needs high man power and skilled labour
  • Not only that, the current hydraulic jack is easy to use but not as convenient as it may be if it is needed to change both tires at once since you have to jack up your car twice. It would cost more time and extra work is done unnecessarily.
  • In order to avoid all such disadvantages, the automated motorized object lifting jack has been designed in such a way that it can be used to lift the vehicle very smoothly without any impact force
  • They might face some difficulty to jack up their car safely as some jack would not work as expected in any ground condition as the car would be unstable once it has lifted as it would be lifted one side.
